Kairos brings over 20 years of experience to professionals to help them reach their full potential.  Skip’s sales experience includes both business to business and business to consumer.  Although, most of his professional career has been in mortgage, banking, and real estate related fields, his extensive sales knowledge can be carried into multiple businesses. 

Skip’s real start in coaching came from co-workers asking for tips and feedback years ago, and more formally 7 years ago after being approached by mortgage loan originators, realtors, and title agents seeking to refine and grow their business.  He has enjoyed seeing others succeed and has grown his knowledge base as he helped other skilled professionals. As of 2022, Skip has coached dozens of people; helping them to increase their sales, fill their pipeline and take steps toward growth.
